Data Breach Notification

3.1 Definition

A Data Breach refers to any unauthorized access, collection, use, or disclosure of personal data stored or processed by Senta Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.

3.2 Notification

In the event of a breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours where feasible, as per Malaysian regulatory guidelines.

3.3 Channels

Notifications regarding confirmed data breaches will be sent via the primary Email address provided by the customer during initial inquiry.
